Meet The Team
Who We Are

Lisa Gilson
Founder and Chiropractor
Lisa graduated from the AECC in 2014, practiced in the UK for 6 years before moving to Australia in 2020. She is a mother of three beautiful children, wife and business owner! When she isn't busy (ha!), Lisa loves meeting up with friends, reading, watching football and undertaking another home renovation project!
Fav food: Chocolate
Fav drink: Cup of tea
Fun fact: Renowned for muddling up proverbs quite spectacularly!
Tamara Greenhalgh
Osteopath
Tamara graduated from Southern Cross University and has been practicing locally in the Redlands ever since. She loves helping people feel their best and takes a relaxed, individual approach to every patient.
When she isn't at the clinic, Tamara loves spending time with her fiancé, family and friends, usually with their kelpie, Dusty, tagging along! She’s also always up for a camping trip or a quiet night at home binge-watching a favourite comfort show.
Fav food: Impossible to pick just one — sushi, dumplings & chocolate are all strong contenders!
Fav drink: Coffee… or a rum & Coke on the weekend!
Fun fact: Will happily rewatch the same comfort show for the 10th time.

Belinda Evans
Integrated Wellness Practitioner,
Owner of Emjay Wellness
Belinda works with women who are feeling stressed, burnt out, overwhelmed or simply not quite themselves anymore.
Her work brings together somatic therapy, holistic counselling, clinical hypnotherapy, intuitive energy work, nervous system support and skin and body therapy, so clients are not treating every concern as a completely separate problem.
She brings professional training together with lived experience of stress, burnout, trauma, midlife change, perimenopause and menopause, complex health issues, solo parenting, caring roles, divorce and starting again. It gives her a practical and deeply human understanding of what women can be carrying beneath the surface.
Looking for patterns, gaps and what might be sitting underneath the obvious symptoms is her jam. She works from a whole-person, mind, body and soul perspective, with a bottom-up approach rather than assuming everything starts in the head.
Belinda’s work sits naturally alongside allied healthcare and wellbeing support, particularly for women who feel there is more going on than one sore spot, one stressful week or one isolated symptom.
When she is not working, Belinda is usually near the water, being bossed around by Brixy, her cavoodle and the actual owner of everything, including apparently his Emjay clients, disappearing down some random rabbit hole of curiosity, or planning the next thing she probably did not need to add to her list.
Fav food: Anything gluten free that does not taste gluten free.
Fav drink: Strong tea. Strong coffee. Depends how much life is asking of her that day.
Fun fact: Belinda has written and self-published multiple books. Apparently one idea is never enough.
